I happen to manage this one. As "listowner" it is each individual's responsibility to add users who don't subscribe correctly, to delete individuals who don't unsubscribe correctly, and lastly to delete any users that we feel are "spamming" a list. It's a personal judgement call. I personally would contact an individual before I'd delete them from ALHenry-L for spamming to determine if it was a mistake or not. We're all human.
