Permilia Dillard, Jan 2, 1828-Jul 2, 1919; Ransom served first as Pvt, Co A, 4th Bn, (Love's) Ala Cav; he surrendered at High Point, NC in Apr 1865 as Pvt, Co I, Jeff Davis Legion Cav; buried at Clopton Methodist Church Cemetery, Dale County.
