He had a sister, Eliza Sheppard, who was married to Churchwell B. Penuel before 1850. (Estate documents there in courthouse). How does that stack up with similar names in Louisiana?? I am looking for descendants of the siblings of Francis M. Any help or info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Novella H. Anderson
