I have done a little research and found that William H. Kelley was the Clerk of the County Court from 1850-1854. George W. Williams was Henry County Probate Judge from 1856-1860. They then disappear as for as holding a county wide office. Apparently the original listing of names copied from the court house records were in a list of witnesses, attests, etc. or as an official signature.--Steve Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
