M gr gr grandfather, John Scott married Nancy Kirkland in henry Co. in 1822. I have never been able to find any of his relatives in Henry Co. or in Virginia where he was born. I have wondered if he was related to Marvin Scott, whose widow wrote the Henry Co. History book. Anyone have any knowledge about this?
