Thanks to all of you who sent me info about an ancestor, John W Standley, who passed away ,probably, after the 1850 census in Henry or Barbour counties, AL or across the river in Early, Randolph or any of the GA counties right across the river from Henry County. One tip reported a John Standley in the 1850 census of Randolph co, GA but the children's names were wrong, thanks anyway. If anyone runs across a John W Standley in any 1850 census with 3 minor boys named, John Oliver, Green Malone & Leonard Standley. Or knows anything about a William R Kelly who was appointed executor of the boy's inheritance on Jan. 15, 1852, by the Orphans Court of Henry co. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for information regarding Rebecca Pelham born 1823, daughter of Humphrey H. Pelham. Rebecca married my GG-Grandfather, Henry Ricco/Rico in Henry County, AL in November 1844. I have found info that they had two children, a daughter, Elizabeth Clementine Rico born in 1848 and a son, William Richard Humphrey Rico born in 1851. From what I've found, Rebecca died sometime shortly after William Richard was born, but I have been unable to find a cemetery listing for her. I would appreciate any help with finding info about Rebecca and also daughter, Elizabeth. Charlene Chambers Vacaville, CA
