    1. Re: [ALHENRY] seeking christopher ward born 1800-1810, married lucretia vickers in 1824, where is he buried?
    2. William G. Bates
    3. I'm not sure if there is a connection but I have done a "little" research on the WARD family of my Uncle John REYNOLDS wife, Josephine "Jo" WARD from Avon Park, Highlands, Fl. The family were road pavers and moved around the state quite a lot with the females acting mostly as cooks and other family type jobs for all their sons/ brothers/uncles. What little I have ends in Walton Co, Fl but begins in Levy Co then to Bradford Co on the 1880-1930 censuses. There are a number of other WARD families on the various Bradford Co censuses as well. My uncle said they were in Wauchula, Hardee, Fl just before moving to Avon Park where he met and married Anut Jo in 1951. Aunt Jo's father's name was William J. WARD and I have only been able to reliable trace him back to 1910 in Pine Hill, Bradford, Fl on the censuses with a probably 1880 Levy Co, Fl at 8 months old but this is not proven at this time. William died in 1938 at 50 years old according to my uncle Junior and the only one I can find in Ancestry.com (Florida death Index) is shown as dying in Walton Co but this also is only conjecture at this time. I am unable to visit the places for more indepth research because of I live in El Paso, Tx and distance it prohibative so everything has to be on the internet for research or contact with people in the various areas of my research that KINDLY are able to do lookups or supply information they know is valid. I know this does not help you much but maybe between us maybe someone will note the similarities in their own research and be able to make connections.
