Their daughter Winnie Katherine was my ggrandmother. Winnie married James Mercer Furrh in Wood Co., Tx. Robert and Mary moved to Wood Co., Tx. from Henry Co. Al. Several of their children moved with them, but at least two stayed in Al. I have some info on them, but not much. The courthouse in Wood Co. has burned twice and most records for the time period we need have been lost. She married James Mercer Furrh about 1872 at East Point, Wood Co., Tx. She died 6 Feb. 1901 at Sand Flat, Van Zandt Co., Tx. 9. Mary b. abt. 1852 in Henry Co. She married Francis Whitworth. 10. I have some descrepencies with your grandfather, John in my files. Perhaps you can set my records straight. I had John Wesley or John Walter. Who did you grandfather marry? I have not been able to find the parents of Robert Williams. There is a William Williams living a few houses from him on the 1840 Henry Co.
