My grandfather was Henry Grady Whiddon of Dothan, Al. He had a number of siblings only of which I know a few names, Pearl, Ruby, and I believe Jewel. My grandfather was very quiet about his family history. After his passing we found that he was in the Navy but never mentioned this. He married my grandmother Martha Whiddon in the 30's and my mother Patricia Joann Whiddon was born in '42. I'm now sorry to say that all the Whiddon's in my family have passed away so I was browsing to see what else I could find.
