The tile is "Gettysburg Requiem: the life and lost causes of Confederate Colonel William C. Oates", by Glen W. LaFantasie. I did not have time to do more than just scan the through it quickly, but it looks like a good read. It’s new and if you want to find out more go to one of the bookseller web site for a more detailed review. PS – Oats is not my line. I just like history especially - as it might apply to my Corbitt ancestors in Henry County during that same period of time.
