Crawford was killed June 27, 1863 at Gaines Mill (Cold Harbor) in the Civil War. He married Sahrah Whiddon July 31, 1851 in Henry County. Sarah was daughter of William Whiddon and Sarah Skinner. She was born abt 1836 in Henry County and died aft 1900. I am just beginning to gather infomation on my family. My grandfather was William Perrry Armstrong. I grew up in Henry County and I still have several living relative in Abbeville, AL Bobby Armstrong
