I know that Elizabeth Tyler and Andrew Jackson Lucas married on Aug 28, 1849 in Tallapossa Co AL. William Henry Tyler and this Elizabeth Tyler Lucas were the only two Tylers in that county in the 1850 census. He had married in 1845 so you see they could possibly be siblings. I would certainly like to be in touch with your cousin. My email is [email protected] if you would like to contact me. Thank you so much for your help.

Since Henry County was one of the counties that did not file an 1820 census report, my question is... Questions for the one of you in Henry Co., Alabama: Is there an 1820 Taxpayers List or earlier? If so, where is it? What other kinds of old records can be found outside the Probate office? [email protected]
