My great, great grandfather, Foster Hockett Thompson, M.D., owned several of those listed lots in Eutaw. It is listed as Foster H. Thompson in the architectural listing, lots 31, 32, and 34. He later moved to Mississippi in the 1840s. His brother, John Brown Thompson, remained in Eutaw, as did his mother.
