    3. Yahoo has acquired GeoCities. Additionally, Yahoo now requires users to sign a contract giving Yahoo "royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content". In other words, your web pages on GeoCities (now Yahoo) no longer belong to you. I'm asking that any county sites located on GeoCities be moved to another site which does not lay claim to your material. Additionally, you should delete all pages from GeoCities once you have relocated them. (Please note that Tripod has a similar requirement.) If you have personal pages on GeoCities, it is up to you whether or not you want to retain them there.
