Too much information on a page can turn visitors off because they don't want to wait for the data to load. Behind my MailMerge form, I use CCHelper to organize the queries which gives me queries organized chronologically, and index by surname, and a directory of researchers. Sure beats having to do much editing on the queries. By the way, thanks to everyone for being so responsive. I'll send you guys a summary when most of the responses are in. Regards, Leigh
