People: A reminder about the Alabama Department of Archives and History. Their web server address has changed. Please update all your links. Every place you have http://www.asc.edu/archives/ change it to http://www.archives.state.al.us/ It's simple to do for not only the main page, but any of the lower level pages. Thus, http://www.asc.edu/archives/referenc/pcount2.html#cleburne becomes http://www.archives.state.al.us/referenc/pcount2.html#cleburne Mark wrote me earlier this week reminding me that the links on the state page had not been updated. I responded and promised to get them corrected immediately, and he responded with this note which I wanted to share with you. Ya'll have some nice pages. We are compliing a master list of county genealogical and historical societies state-wide that includes all pertinent links. I'll let you know when it goes online. We think it will be a great resource for researchers. >Thanks, > >Mark A. Palmer >Alabama Department of Archives and History >mpalmer@archives.state.al.us >http://www.archives.state.al.us >
