You and your family are invited to a reunion of the descendants of Lewis and Rachel Willcutt at 10:30 a.m. on October 9, 1999 at Lurleen B. Wallace State Park near Northport, AL. Any Willcutt, Wilcut, Willcut, or Wilcutt with Alabama roots is a descendant of Lewis and Rachel Willcutt, who were married in 1825 in Blount County, AL. Lake Lurleen offers swimming, fishing, boating, and camping. A playground is near the reunion pavillion. Entrance to the park is $2 for adults and $1 for seniors and children 6 to 11. Bring a picnic lunch or food for a shared meal. Please bring a small item for a donation to the reunion fund. These items will be auctioned at the reunion. Craft items, jellies, bric-a-brac, or even copies of family photos are welcome. Selected items will be awarded as door prizes.
