Olive Missionary Baptist church near Hodges, was organized in 1898. There have been three different buildings for the church. The second one was built in 1939. The present building was built in 1969. The first service held in this building was in December of 1969. At present the church has 75 active members. Deacons are: James GARARD, Homer DOWNS, Ed FLEMING, Elvin DOLLAR, and Marion PRITCHETT.
