Hi, I descend from MARY "POLLY" SOUTH who married HORACE DODSON in 1839 in Tuscaloosa Co. AL. Her parents are ELIJAH SOUTH, b. ca. 1793 SC and RHODA ANDREWS, b. ca. 1800 SC. RHODA's parents are EZEKIEL ANDREWS, b. 1767 VA; and wife ELIZABETH unk, b. 1774. These families were from Laurens Co. SC before moving to Tuscaloosa Co. AL.
