Linda, I have a Della Webb, born in Jan. of 1884 best as I can tell, probably in Lamar County, Ala. She had a brother named Henry Benton Webb and one named William Franklin Webb. She had sisters named Dorah, Alona, and Mittie Lou (as far as I know). I don't know what happened to Della, but do you think it's possible this could be her? I wish I had more info on this family, but the father (William Dumas Webb) died in a shooting in Lamar County in 1891, killed by his brother. Let me know if you think there could be a connection. Anyone else with some loose end Webbs who wandered into the area after the war, please take a look at the below sites. Webb), with a copy of the article on his murder. http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Pantheon/7862/hiramwebb/johng.html Above is part of a bigger site on Itawamba County and some Marion/Lamar County Webbs: http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Pantheon/7862/hiramwebb/ Linda wrote: > I'm looking for the parents of Emma Louise Wilbanks Webb Sprinkle, > Deller Webb Alexander, and Benton.
