I have a book on John and Margaret Alexander and their descendants. He was born ca 1700 and immigrated from Armagh Co, Ireland after leaving Scotland a few years earlier. He settled in Chester Co, PA with his children, two nephews, Hugh and James and neice married to a Mr Polk. The nephews and neice went to Mecklenburg Co. NC. His children were Hugh (b ca 1724), James, John, Rachel and Margaret. Hugh, James and John lived in PA/DE area and his daughter Rachel married a Vance and moved to Martinsburg, VA. I have more on these branches if anyone connects to them. Phyllis Reed They are not my group!
