Martha, Please forgive for my mistaking your gender, but the MBRAD looked male to me and for some reason you didn't have your name at the bottom of your emails. I'm not going to get into a matter of semantics here on the board with you. However, I do stand by what I said in my previous post. I still feel that the way you stated your questions were on the offense as if you thought Edna didn't know what she was talking about. The questions were stated in what my southern lady grandmother would have called "hateful/tacky and rude". I was raised to treat others the way I wish to be treated. I personally was offended by the way you wrote to Edna "Ma'am, it will be one in the morning my time, but I will see. And if it is not on, please apologize." What in the name of all things Alexander did she have to apologize for? Telling us that she'd read about a program that was scheduled to be on yesterday? Something she thought we might all find interesting? Is that a crime? Is she in charge of and responsible for network programming? I think not!! No listings for any program like the one described. Ma'am, if it starts at 12 AM and ends at 12 AM on a different day, it means that the History Channel has devoted an entire day to this. (different time zones) That's not what the schedule on the website says. Nor is it listed on either A&E, History International or the Military History Channel. Assuming that you were frustrated by not being able to find the aforementioned post, that's understandable, but as you told Sandi, maybe you need to step back and think about how your messages appeared to us out here. Edna was doing us a favor letting us know about a television special that was of interest to us as Alexander descendants. I think we can all know how local television schedules or email the History Channel without getting personal on the person giving the information. As my grandfather said.. I use it in my class daily. All I'm asking is that in the future you're kinder and nicer to those on the board. Obviously, others weren't happy with your posts either. Please send your messages once only and askquestions in a pleasant non-judgmental conversational way.
