I'm seeking information on Richard *Alexander* and Mary or Eliza *Rivers* in Athens, Morgan and Muskingum Counties, Ohio prior to 1867. I have the following information. Richard Alexander married Mary or Eliza Rivers 25 Mar 1864 in Morgan County, OH. They had at least two children: Harriett (Hattie) Jane b. 28 Jan 1867 at Zanesville, Muskingum County, OH m. Edson L. Blakesley 16 Mar 1888 m. Agustus Ceasar Miller 08 Apr 1891 d. 15 Jan 1937 at home, Burlington Junction, Nodaway County, MO buried in Ohio Cemetery in Burlington Junction, Nodaway County, MO and Edgar. According to Hattie's obit Richard and Mary moved to Rocford, IL about 1889 and latter to Iowa. She married Edson Blakesley in Burlington Junction, Nodaway County, MO with her father's consent. She had two children by Blakesley one died young the other Iva Edson Blakesley in my grandmother. By Agustus she had six children surviving at her death were Eva, R.R., Zelma and Bernice.
