Emily Phillips was a judge in Concho County in the 1880 census and had children: Emily P. b. 1874, Ernest J.F. b. 1885, George G. b. 1888, Callie M. b. 1892, J.M. (female)b. 1871, Doc M. b. 1877 d. 1900, Pearl b. 1879. I'm desperately trying to find his parents. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
