My reference is "Families of Upper South Carolina" Peggy Burton Rich, Marion Ard Whitehurst, Jerry L. Alexander, Copy Right 1988. p439. She does not give the location of his grave. He was married to Nancy Grogran and they had a total of 11 children, including another Elisha. I mention this because the first Elisha is my gggg-grandfather and I am no spring chicken. So I am questioning if you are one generation older than I. From which of the children do you descend. I also have several other younger Elisha Alexanders. Could one of those be your ancestor?
