I was told by my grandmother that he was Chirichua Apache My great grandmother was not married to him, her sister was married to his brother. he was born 7/27/1891 Stanton, MI died 5/03/1969 Lansing, MI he was married to Pauline Styles his father was James Lafayette Alexander b. 1848 NY (son of James Alexander and Anna Packard) mother was Elizabeth Harvy b 1849 NY i have a copy of his draft registry, one picture and a few census...but that is all i have found. and no documentation to confirm the native blood line. my email is [email protected] please let me know if you may have something to add or any correctons thank you rose
