    3. It appears that IF James Alexander, father of Rachel who married Charles McConkey, is connected to the James Alexander of early Fawn, York Co. PA it would more likely be that he is a son or grandson or nephew. But again we are faced with a multitude of James Alexanders during the various time periods & locations - it is wise of you to rely on key documentation such as deeds to clear up the confusion. 1790 Fawn, York Co.
