This is what found. John Alexander lived in Fawn Twp 1783. He had 30 acres and his tax was 18. This included town called Peach Bottom. On Henry do not think this what wanted but, James & Eliz dau Rachel S Alexander married a Charles R McConkey born 1839 married her 12/27/1866 and kids were names Henry Alexander, Charles Reynolds and a Mary E. Thank you Stephennie, I will add this information to what I have collected on the PA Alexanders. Sounds as if Rachel S. Alexander/McConkey may have named her son Henry Alexander after a sibling or ancestor of hers but I am not familiar with her father James Alexander so I am not sure. I know that my Henry Alexander had a son named John b. 1761 Frederick Co. MD so there could be a connection. But with all the given names repeated in the Alexander families it is very difficult to ever be sure. I do appreciate you taking the time out of your holiday weekend to offer this lookup!
