One is for John Alexander, born Aug 1853, father Thomas Alexander, mother Balinda Bray. In 1850 census Pulaski Co, Thomas Alexander is listed, with wife Malinda (Balinda), no children are listed in the household for 1850, they were married within the year. Thomas Alexander's first wife Balinda died soon after the birth of son John Alexander. Thomas Alexander married 2nd Matilda Sears. You can find Thomas & Matilda Alexander in 1860, 1870 census Pulaski Co. I am researching the family of Thomas & Balinda Alexander, son, John Alexander who married Lucy Keeney. I know on family tree, many people have John's wife Lucy died in 1890s, this is not true. I believe she lived until 102 yrs old, and died in 1957 in Oregon, where she had lived for many years with her son Luther E Alexander.
