In 1880 she was living in Aquinton, King William County, as the stepdaughter of James W. Allen and Mary. Her siblings at that time were Archie (Archer), George, Mary, and William. In 1870 Sarah's (not yet borm) siblings were living with James Alexander and Mary in Aquinton, King William County, Virginia. In 1895 Sarah married William Lucius Rouse, Sr. Can someone help me piece tbis puzzle together? Did James Alexander die and Mary remarry James W. Allen? Can share other data.
