Elisha Alexander is one and Daniel D. Alexander the other. It appears almost certain that they have a common ancestor but I have not found it. My connection to Elisha is through his daughter Mary "Polly" who married James H. Holden. Six of their ten daughters came to Blount County, Alabama and ended up in various locations in my family tree. I also have some connections with William Marion "Hopping Billy" and his first wife Celia Boon. I am interested in Minerva and her husband Ausberry Nix, even though it is not my main Nix line. Also Thomas and Mary Boon. I am also interested in exchanging information on the other children, patricularly Prier, even though I do not know of any direct connections. I am very interested in exploring the parents of both Elisha and Daniel D. Alexander.
