Stephen, You probably already have this, but there is a family tree listing on ancestry.com for this family. There is no documentation provided for the information included, so you would need to verify the information. For James Alexander, it lists a birth date of 17 Jan 1793 in Kishacoquillas Valley PA and a death date of 18 Dec 1850 in Potter, Center, PA. Wife is listed as Anne Lewis, born 22 Apr 1799 in Mifflin, PA and died 25 Apr 1882 in Beech Creek, Clinton, PA. Marriage date is given as 27 Nov. 1821 but not location is given. Child is listed as Louisa, born 7 Jul 1832 in Potter, Centre, PA. The only information given for William is her birth date of 3 Mar 1805 and his death date of 21 Jun 1831 in Mifflin, PA. If you don't have the above, perhaps there will be something there that gives you another direction for research. -----Original Message----- From: alexander-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:alexander-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Steve Alexander Sent: Thursday, September 13, 2007 10:07 PM To: ALEXANDER-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [ALEXANDER] Robert Alexander b. 1766 Looking for more details about this family - Robert Alexander b 1766 d 1843 m Elizabeth McClure Apr 8, 1790 Children Elizabeth Alexander James Alexander Mary Alexander Robert McClay Alexander Nancy Alexander Robert Reed Alexander William Alexander Cyrus Alexander Silas Alexander Celia Alexander Particularly interested in birth dates, full names, and spouses of James and William.
