I'm a gdaughter of William Manning Fowler and Minnie Virginia Dearman (Etowah Co.), living where William Manning and his sibling family lived/1st family was born in SC. I have quite a bit of info on both families, as well as some pictures. Not sure what I have on Uncle Frank to date. Have much Vest info as well, just not sure it is for those you're researching.
