Looking for Henry, Hassie and Caroline Johnson. Caroline b: around 1850 is the the mother of either Henry or Hassie. Henry and Hassie both b: around 1870 married; Hassie's maiden name was also Johnson. They had at least one daughter Carrie Bell Johnson b: 1892 or 1896. They lived in the St.Clair/Etowah area between 1870-? (think some family is still in area). In St. Clair they live in the Pell/Coal City, Irondale and Moody areas. In Etowah they lived in the Gadsden, Alabama and Rainbow city areas. Some of Carrie;s daughters (she had 8 daughters and 2 sons) married into the Alford, Smith, Wall and Campbell familys of the GAdsden area. Carrie's daughters maried between the yrs. 1925-1950..Carrie was married 4 times so these girls had different maiden names. Gracie M. or Evelyn Irene Harris (full sisters) may have married a Jim Campbell. Jim Campbell lived in Pratt City around 1938. Jim Campbell is my mystery man. He appears on a document of one of Carrie's sons. He is listed as a nephew or an uncle so Jim Campbell also may have married one of Carrie's sisters a Johnson! Evelyn Irene married more than once; Evelyn Irene Harris also married a Joe L. Smith; I believe they worked for Dwight Manufacturing in eary 40's. Evelyn and Joe moved to TX by the 1950's. Beatrice Carrabella Barnett married Henry Horace Wall (Henty's mother was a Bobo). They too worked for Dwight. Bea and husband Henry moved to Lakewood CA. early 50's. Rubye L. Barrnett married L. D. Kit Carson and moved to CA. Marie (Barbara) Eaves went to CA. with Leon Alford SR. (Leon was married to Katie at the time) and they were married there. They had 4 children. they later divorced and Leon Alford Sr. returned to Gadsden and married Jessie Homer. When Jessie died Leon m: Gail ? I will be thankful for even the sligest clue; this family has been really hard. thanks Jackie
