Looking for descendants or information on Mrs. A.J. Bowling. Hoping to determine if she is Louisa E. Ramsey, daughter of Thomas J. Ramsey & Rebecca E. Phillips Ramsey Tolbert. I tentatively have her listed as follows: Louisa Ramsey b. ca. 1858 DeKalb Co., AL (1860 DeKalb Co., AL Thomas J. Ramsey, father) (1866 Blount Co., AL George C. Tolbert, stepfather) (1870 Blount Co., AL George C. Tolbert, stepfather) (1880 Etowah Co., AL George C. Tolbert, stepfather) (no census records located for 1900, 1910, 1920, 1930 as yet) md. 1880-1929 to A.J. Bowling, no marriage record found as yet. d. between 1-31-1929 (Rebecca E. Tolbert, mother, obituary, listed as survivor) & 2-4-1960 (Mary E. Tolbert Shell, sister, obituary, no mention) In her mother's obituary (1929) Mrs. A.J. Bowling is listed as a resident of North Birmingham. I found a death record reference to a Lou Bolding that may turn out to be her. I won't know for sure until I go look at it Monday. Does anyone have any information or ideas where else to look for this lady? At this point, I'm desparate for ideas. Thanks Terry Jackson
