John, thanks for looking for me. I have another question. If a couple moved to Etowah Co. in about 1875 - 1880 and made bricks for a living. Would there be any tax records ? Supossedly they lived in the Atalla, Gadsden area. Also some of the children would have been school age. Would there be any school records? Carolyn
