    3. Do you have anything at all on either of these women? Molly Kirby, black, maybe born around 1905-1910? Just guessing about that. Sand Mountain area. Or, Vollie Barnes, also black I think. Not sure of the spelling or the race. A midwife in 1938 Menlo GA area. Is supposed to have lived over the Alabama line from Menlo. She delivered my aunt Virginia Owens on July 4 1938.     2. John, thanks for looking for me. I have another question. If a couple moved to Etowah Co. in about 1875 - 1880 and made bricks for a living. Would there be any tax records ? Supossedly they lived in the Atalla, Gadsden area. Also some of the children would have been school age. Would there be any school records? Carolyn
