I am new to the list, so would appreciate hearing from anyone who may have information concerning my Aldridge line. My gggrandfather was Mount Calvary Aldridge b.cal823 in Ky. according to Law. Co., Ohio census records. As much as I can determine his mother's name was Nancy b.l790 in Tenn. They arrived in Lawrence Co. by l830 without the father, so we do not know his father's name. He had 3 known brothers, Robert, James, and Stephen all born in Ky. We think his father's name could possibly be Marcus DeLayfette because several grandchildren were given this name.
