    3. the correct name is Rachel Aldrich. Comstock intermarried pretty heavy with the Aldrich family in New England. Originally Massachusetts. A year ago or so on Aldrich-L there was a flurry of messages about Rachel Aldrich and William Comstock of Rhode Island and Louisiana. The messages are still archived.
