02/29/2000 Alpha Hyder CLARKSVILLE Alpha L. Hyder, 80, of Hartman died Monday, Feb. 28, at Johnson Regional Medical Center. A daughter of the late Oscar and Raachel Parker Clark and widow of Cleo A. Hyder, she was a homemaker and quilt maker and a member of Center Point Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Patricia Ann Hyder and Geneva Ruth Hyder. Survivors include a son, Dennis Hyder of Hartman; four daughters, Sue English and Connie Bartlett of Altus, and Janice Qualls and Phyllis Sisco of Clarksville; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Center Point Baptist Church by the Rev. O.L. Kinsey, the Rev. George Farquhar and the Rev. William Isenhower. Burial will be in Liberty HIll Cemetery at Hunt by Roller-Cox Funeral Service. Grandsons serving as active pallbearers include Kenneth English, Gary English, Robert Qualls, Duane Qualls, Jody Ming, Matthew Ming, William Sisco, Charles Patton, Bobby Bartlett and Keith Allred. Granddaughters serving as honorary pallbearers are Brenda Allred, Anna Patton, Amy Ming Aldridge, Summer Sisco and Robyn Bartlett.
