Jun 1663 Joseph b. 4 Jun 1635; Mary b. 16 Jun 1637 Miriam b. 29 Jun 1639; d. 10 Mar. 1651; (b. Dorchester; d. Braintree) Experience b. 4 Sep. 1641; d. 2 Feb 1642; ( b. d. Braintree) You have Mattithiah , b. 5th mo. 10th 1656. and they have : Martha b. 10 July 1656; Lin's Braintree records: Miriam Aldridg the daughter of Georg Aldridg and Katheren his wiffe dyed the 1 mo. 10th. 1651. p. 641: John Aldridg, the sone of George Aldridg and Katheren his wiffe was borne the (2) (2) 1644.. Sarah Aldridg, the duaghter of Georg Aldridg, and Katheren his wiffe was borne the (16) (11) 1645. Peter Aldridg, the sone of Georg Aldridg, and Katheren his wiffe was borne the (14) (2) 1648. Mercy Aldridg, the daughter of Georg Aldridg, and Katheren his wiffe was borne the (17) (4) 1650. Jacob Aldridg, the son of Georg Aldridg and Katheren his wiffe was borne the (28) (12) 1652. Mattithiah Aldridg, the daughter of George Aldridg and Katheren his wiffe was borne the 5th mo. 10th 1656. Making 11 children as I believe to be correct.. According to your VR'S; AJ'S - GAG is off a year on Sarah; says b. 16 Jan. 1646 and the VR says 1645: Probably should be 1645/46?? Does anyone have the Dorchester, VR'S for these births?? These VR's and dates are a good example of The OLD calendar "Julian" and the NEW calendar was the "Gregorian". I myself, have a hard time changing the dates, as seems to have been done in the past here in George's family. Do we have a expert on the list to help us whether these date have been changed correctly??? as most of us have been copying from AJ or other Genealogies..
