Dear Nancy, Thank you very much for your reply. I am forwarding it to the List so that it can be shared with all of the cousins. I am not currently "researching" the ALDRICH line because I have already connected my wife back to George the Emigrant. I am also not "collecting" ALDRICH information because that is being done by our Listowner, W. David Samuelson, and by the historian of the NAA, Robert Criswell. I do not want to duplicate their efforts. However, when I discover "new" information that I think might help the members of this list, I pass it on. Have you "connected" your ggrandmother Martha to George? If not, perhaps you should submit a "query" to this list and/or ask that she be placed on the NAA AWOL web page. In the future, if you have information (or questions/queries) of a "general" nature (non-personal), I suggest that you send it to the entire list, instead of to an individual. That way all of our cousins will have an opportunity to read it firsthand, and respond accordingly. Who knows, your information might help a "lost" cousin establish their link back to George or they might have information that you desperately need. By the way, I couldn't help but notice that I sent my message to the list today (Jan 6) at 06:22 PM (PST) and that you sent your reply on Jan 2 at 03:44 AM. What time-zone are you in? :-) :-) May I suggest you check your computer's clock? If you need help resetting it, I would be more than happy to do so.
