John William Scott son of Edward John Scott and Selina J. Aldrich was born 2 Dec 1878 in IA. He was a grocer in Carlin, Elko Co. NV in 1920. He was married, in the year before the 1910 census, to Georgia G. ( ), b.c.1889 in NV. Children by 1920, born NV: Edward R. b.c.1911; Ralph W. b.c.1913 (poss. the Ralph Scott b.3 Mar 1913 who died Sep 1970); Vernon M. b.c.Dec 1915. In 1910 John was a car foreman at the S.P.R.R. shops and resided in Carlin. Would like to know more about this family and their descendants.
