ALDRICH REUNION Saturday, May 30 & Sunday, May 31, 1998 Hello Cousins, We are especially looking for Descendents Of Collin Aldrich (1801- 1842) but all Aldriches and decendents are welcome. Yes, Damn Yankees are welcome too! (Opps, he was from Mendon, Mass. in 1828) George 1605- 1683 Jacob 1652- 1695 Moses 1690 - 1761 George 1716 - 1797 George 1763 - 1745 Collin 1801-1842 A two day event, with separate registration fee(s) for those who can't make both days. Each includes lunch, (And breakfast on second day if you get there early enough) There will be computers, scanner, copier, printers etc. at both locations as needed. Bring any documents, GEDCOM files, pictures, articles, etc. that you would like to share. Family stories can really be great! Many of those attending this reunion have not been aware that there are so many of us. FIRST DAY 10 am - 6 PM Fee: $7.95 per person Plus: 1. Bring something to share with all. (dessert, snack, etc.) 2. Bring something personal, that is: HomeMade HomeGrown or HomeBaked to used in a silent auction. Location: Gober Party House -1400 block of West Ave. H, Temple, Texas (The Railroad and Pioneer Museum is on the property too) SECOND DAY 8 am - 4 PM Fee: $6 (see menu preferences below) Location: Sunset Pavilion at Cedar Ridge Park located on Lake Belton. (14 miles from the first location. Maps, directions available on request and at the first event. This is a federal campground on an US Army Corps of Engineers lake. One of the nicest in the state. (Camping info available.) DAY TWO Food Choices: If no choice is indicated with your registration for the second day, we will plan on supplying a barbecue sausage/beef combo plate. You can specify all of either or ribs. ALSO, indicate if you would prefer catfish (all you can eat) instead of the above. If a sufficient amount of catfish is not available we will have to fall back to the above options. Soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc. included. Registrations, fees and food preferences must be received no later than April 15th. No refunds available after May 1st as matching funds are being used to sponsor this event with as little cost to the guests as possible. To register, indicate the number of adults in your party for each day, and include the fee for each and estimate the number of children under 8 that you plan to bring.
