I know it encourages answers to the list instead of private replys; However, it can also add many messages , such as Thank You's, How are you's?? and etc to the list messages , and many of our already overloaded mailboxes with delete messages. As all do not remember when replying that the message is going to the list only. Other list I have been on have taken this feature off, for just that reason, and oft times a personal message comes on that is NOT for all to see.. With this feature on , List members and Cuz'a, please be very careful , when sending a personal message to a list member.. When I reply, I like the option of sending just to the person or the whole list -- without having to re-type the person's address in order to do a private reply. Sue
