I am searching for information on Obediah Martin Benge. He had been living in Walker Co, Ga but left after the Cherokees were removed from Ga and moved to live in Dekalb. He died there March 23, 1846. His second wife, Sarah was with him as was son George Clinton Benge. I have looked in the census but don't find him listed for 1840 but I had trouble reading the names.
