    1. Heritage of DeKalb -- Error on Wiley Lyons pg 188?
    2. DeKalb Researchers I've found an inconsistency in an article published in the Heritage of DeKalb. The Wiley Cook Lyons article on page 188 states that Wiley was the son of Magaret Meek and John Lyons. I wondered about this when I first read it, because it wasn't supported by the 1830 Knox, or 1840 & 1850 DeKalb Census. In researching the Claim of Margaret Lyons, she listed all of her children, eleven, in a deposition before the court, and Wiley was not among them. Furthermore, she testified that she had not had any son serve in the CSA. The article on Wiley says he enlisted in the CSA. Can anyone shed some light on this?
