I am looking for information concerning my fathers relatives. My Grandfather, James Fred Herring was born in 1906 in the Collinsville area of DeKalb Co. Alabama. My G. Grandfather, W.Y. Herring, b. 1868, d. 1929 ,wife Alice T.(Cook) b. 1868; d. 1954 ,lived in the Collinsville area of DeKalb Co. in the late 1800's. My G. Grandfather, John Herring (wife Lucinda or Lusinda) was supposedly originally from North Carolina. Any information on any of the above individuals will be greatly appreciated.
