Ballard went down to Corinth MS but I have not been able to prove this. I also have a GreenBerry LEE/LEA that married an Elizabeth Ballard and then the Myra/Mirah LEE/LEA that married unknown Ballard and William Lee III that married a Melina Ballard. These were brother and sister to Mily(Emily) Lee/Lea that married the William M. Ballard. I would love to see what information you have on Alabama Ballards so I can compare all the tid bits of information that I have. I also supect very strongly that there is some type of connection to the indians of North east Alabama most likely Cherokee but again I have no prove of this just my speculations.
