I am looking for information on Archibald Henderson Faulkner/Fortner who was a pioneer of DeKalb County. His old home place is now the site of the new WalMart. He moved his wife and daughter to DeKalb in 1849. There were nine more children who were born in the old cabin. His wife was Ellen Tinker; his children were Margaret (married Luke Stout), Mary Elizabeth,(married Joel Guest), Liza, (married Isabell) Hester,(died as a child), William Henderson, (married 1.Ruthie Sampley, 2. Susan Norrell Brown), Tennessee, (died as a child) , John Franklin,( married Elizabeth Shavers), Marietta, (married 1. Dan Parker, 2. James Emsley Guest), Wiley Franklin, (married Rose Parker who was a sister to Dan Parker). I would like to know who Archibald's parents and siblings were. Any help on this line would be appreciated. I will be happy to share what information that I have with anyone. Is Archibald related to Ezekial Faulkner who is in the 1850 Jackson County, AL census. Roseanne
