Hello, I am trying to find a way to have some research done in Dalas Co. (Selma) and I was hoping that someone could give me some advice or recommend someone to do the work for me. I need to have several look ups at the library, including newspaper obits, and at the courthouse, wills. They were in the county from 1840-1900 I also have family buried in the county, near Selma, but don't know where and would like to find out. I believe they might be in a small family cemetery. The family name I am interested in is: WADDELL, William and Eleanor, and thier sons, Nicholas and Rev. John Cooper Waddell. Also, GIVHANs and John CANTLEY Of course, I am willing to pay someone or exchange research, as I live in Maryland, but unfortunately, have no plans to make it to Alabama.
